Great communications by phone/email/texts. Thorough planning. Did their own comparative pricing analysis even though I had 2 appraisals. Kept a detailed chronology of who saw the house, what they offered, our counteroffers, and feedback from agents and potential buyers. Wise counsel about how the market was responding to a unique property. Spacious 1941 house on 1.3 acre lot in SW Portland hills with deferred maintenance, January '24 storm damage (burst frozen pipes). Because only cash or rehab loan buyers were qualified, Julie researched 100's of qualified buyers of similar properties for a targeted email introduction to our property. Buyer inspection revealed more troubles (termites/sewage/structural issues)--price offer tumbled to 60% of appraised value. Even though their fee kept dropping, Grant and Julie never lost heart or enthusiasm for the property. I love these guys!
